Ingredients:

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups
Directions:
1. Cookie Dough Preparation:
In a large bowl, cream the butter with both sugars until the mixture is light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually blend this dry mixture into the creamed mixture. Wrap the dough in plastic and chill for at least 1 hour.
