Crispy Dill Pickle Ranch Wings
Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken wings, tips removed, drumettes and flats separated
1 tablespoon baking powder (aluminum-free)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup dill pickle juice
1/4 cup ranch seasoning mix
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup fresh dill, finely chopped
1/4 cup pickles, sliced for garnish
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with baking powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Arrange the wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
